I believe its a Chlorophyllum hortense mushroom... i don't think they are very yummy but are pretty cool looking.

$Oudemansiella mucida (Schrad. ex Fr.) Kühn. syn. Armillaria mucida (Schrad. ex Fr.) Kummer Buchen-Schleimrühling, Collybie mucide Porcelain fungus. Cap 2–8cm across, convex then flattening, pale greyish when young becoming more white often with an ochraceous flush at the centre, semi-translucent, slimy. Stem 30–100×3–10mm, white striate above the membranous ring, slightly scaly below. Flesh thin, white. \nHabitat on the trunks of beech, often high up and in large clusters. Season late summer to late autumn. Common. Edible after washing to remove gluten. Found In Europe (source R. Phillips).\n\nThis nice Species is quite common on Branches (till high on the Tree) and Trunks of Beech (Fagus sylvatica) in the Netherlands.$

Boletus edulis (cep, porcino or king bolete, usually called porcini mushroom) grows on the forest floor among moss and dry fallen leaves at autumn season.

$Clitocybe nebularis (Batsch. ex Fr.) Kummer, Clouded Funnel or Clouded Agaric Nebelkappe Clitocybe nebuleux Cap 5-20cm across, convex at first becoming flattened or occasionally slightly depressed in the centre, the margin remaining inrolled, cloudy grey sometimes tinged with buff, darker at the centre and often covered with a white bloom. Stem 50-100 x 15-25mm, swollen towards the base, paler than the cap, fibrous and easily broken. Flesh thick, white, becoming hollow in the stem. Smell strong and sweetish. Gills decurrent, crowded, whitish later with a yellow flush. Spore print cream. \nHabitat in deciduous or coniferous woods often in rings or troops. Season late summer to late autumn. Common. Said to be edible but known to cause gastric upsets in many people. Distribution, America and Europe (source R. Phillips).\n\nThe Species is quite common in late Autumn in the Netherlands and forms regularly Fairy Rings.$
