$Amanita pantherina (DC. ex Fr.) Secr. Panthercap Amanite panthère, Pantherpilz, Párducgaloca. Cap 6–10cm across, ochraceous brown, covered with small pure-white warty fragments of the veil, finely striate at the margin. Stem 90–130´10–15mm, white with tattered, pendulous ring which is not striate or grooved, the stem base is bulbous and closely wrapped in the white volva which forms a distinct free rim around the base and one or two belt-like rings just above. Flesh white, becoming hollow in the stem. Taste and smell mild. Gills free, crowded white. Spore print white. Spores broadly ovate, nonamyloid, 8–12 x 6.7–7.5µ. Habitat in coniferous or deciduous woodland especially beech. Season summer to autumn. Uncommon. Poisonous – may be deadly. Distribution, America and Europe (source R. Phillips).\n\nThis is not a quite common species in Forests in the Netherlands.$

$Oudemansiella mucida (Schrad. ex Fr.) Kühn. syn. Armillaria mucida (Schrad. ex Fr.) Kummer Buchen-Schleimrühling, Collybie mucide Porcelain fungus. Cap 2–8cm across, convex then flattening, pale greyish when young becoming more white often with an ochraceous flush at the centre, semi-translucent, slimy. Stem 30–100×3–10mm, white striate above the membranous ring, slightly scaly below. Flesh thin, white. \nHabitat on the trunks of beech, often high up and in large clusters. Season late summer to late autumn. Common. Edible after washing to remove gluten. Found In Europe (source R. Phillips).\n\nThis nice Species is quite common on Branches (till high on the Tree) and Trunks of Beech (Fagus sylvatica) in the Netherlands.$
