My last morning on my trip to Scotland started with a suitably firey display. As I climbed the steep eastern slopes of Glamaig, the sun burst through the low clouds that shrouded the Applecross peninsula and lit up the waters of the Inner Sound. In the distance on the left you can make out the hills of Torridon.
