It’s valued both for its ability to stabilize soil and prevent erosion through its extensive root system, and for its berries, which are an exceptional source of vitamin C—just one berry contains more vitamin C than an orange.This photo is taken at Kalvebod Fælled, a large public nature reserve covering much of Amager Island.
