Thai food is generally known for being very spicy but this noodle salad can be milder if you put in the request. One of my favourite Thai dishes as it comes with lots of seafood and crunchy vegetables. Shrimp, squid and raw onion. And coriander is scattered on the top of it. It might look like bee hoon but it is glass noodle made from mung bean starch.
